Looking to support a healthier life style? Then drop by the new Brighton Health Shoppe in Prince Edward Square where they offer a wide selection of products for all aspects of healthy living and all stages of life from infant to senior!

Owner April Bayer-Murchison came into retail from a health pracitioner background and has a real passion for wellness. She and her friendly, knowledgeable staff aim to help you better understand the nutritional support and natural products available.

Supplements

The Shoppe offers a full range of vitamins and minerals as well as herbs, homeopathy and aromatherapy. Many of their supplements are also available in easily absorbed liquids, especially good for young children or seniors who may have trouble with swallowing or digesting.

Organic, Specialty & Gluten Free Foods

Their mostly organic grocery section includes cereals, baking ingredients, alternative milks and sweeteners, fair trade tea, coffee and cocoa plus much more. They have a dedicated Gluten Free section with breads, grains, pastas and cereal. Watch for additional frozen and refrigerated items in the coming weeks.
