Community Care Brighton is a non-profit organization operating throughout the Municipality of Brighton. Our qualified staff and volunteers provide a variety of important support services to seniors and adults with disabilities, allowing them to remain independent within their own homes and communities.  As of December 2010, Community Care Northumberland became the designated hospice service provider for Northumberland County.  Palliative and grief support programs can now be accessed through our office.

Clients can access our services directly or be referred through family, friends, physicians or other community agencies. Fees may apply to some of our programs to help cover expenses.
