Community Care Brighton is a non-profit organization operating throughout the Municipality of Brighton. Our qualified staff and volunteers provide a variety of important support services to seniors and adults with disabilities, allowing them to remain independent within their own homes and communities. Community Care Northumberland is the designated hospice service provider for Northumberland County. Palliative and grief support programs can be accessed through our Brighton office.
Clients can access our services directly
or be referred through family, friends, physicians or other community
agencies. Fees may apply to some of our programs to help cover
expenses.

increase our ability to care for one another so that all individuals are able
to receive the support they need and are inspired to give back.
Our Mission: We strive to be the
best, multi-service, volunteer-based community support organization in
Northumberland County. We enable clients to experience a higher quality of life
by strengthening their connections with the community.
