Reporting to the Director of Finance and Administrative Services and the Manager of Human Resources, the Payroll, Benefits and Human Resources Administrator will provide comprehensive support to the daily operations of the Finance and Administration and Human Resources departments. The incumbent is responsible for the overall payroll function, benefits and pension administration, and supporting HR functions. Matters of a confidential nature shall be treated with due regard for the best interests of the municipality and its personnel.
